      Pros

      Learning about short term vacation rentals and business operations.

      Cons

      Small company with unqualified people in management. Extremely high turnover. Internal departments aren't synchronized which causes redundant unproductive work and revenue loss.

      None at all. Don’t work here.

      Cons

      That last comment was paid to the employee to post. There is no balance, no pay and work environment is a constant fear of losing your job for no reason.
