Nothing so far everything is great

VW Connect is behind the times on market value pay, especially for those working inside the office. A lot of people were leaving because there was no room for pay increases, even for those who had been there 10+ years. I saw coworkers ask for a raise and get denied. They would leave the company and then they would post the job listing at a higher pay than the previous employee was getting. This happened more than once. They won't take care of you or your family despite their core values professing to do so.
