Pros

Being in the cruise industry can be fun. They don't really micromanage. Can win cruises through contests. The bonus plan is insane.

Cons

The bell doesn't give enough leads. They take 75% of the commission for everything. You get paid 1 time at the end of the month. Healthcare plan is expensive for families. Takes time to build and have no true salary backing once guarantee is done.

Low commissions

Pros

You can win free cruises. Snacks.

Cons

Commission can take a year or longer to be paid out . You will have to service existing clients until they are done with their cruise and it can be hours spent working to keep a client all for a 10 dollar Commission. Sometimes you can sell a high paying commission on a cruise but 9x outta 10 you have to wait until it's all paid and they have sailed to be paid which is usually a year or longer.
