Pros

Working in the Accounting Department at Vacations To Go has been a truly positive experience. The team is collaborative, knowledgeable, and always willing to support one another. Management is approachable and values accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. There’s a strong emphasis on professional development, and I've had the opportunity to grow both technically and personally. The company also fosters a positive culture and work-life balance, which is deeply appreciated.

Cons

The cutoff day for agent commissions can be challenging since agents often wait until the last day to submit their invoices, which can create some last-minute pressure in processing invoices.

Pros

Pros: Equal opportunity- everyone starts on the same level and what you get out of the job is truly what you make it. Thoughtful Management- management is always doing things to keep morale boosted. Celebratory fresh squeezed juice shots to round out our month/ice cream bar. Events in which they shut down Dave and Buster's for us and our families to have fun. Great Training- they don't throw you into action, but give you several detailed weeks/months of classroom and floor training. If you pay attention, you'll make it. Amazing Work/Life Balance- at 6 months tenure, provided you're meeting metrics you can work hybrid 2 days out of the week. At 18 months you can be completely remote. Ample vacation time that you can accrue to take a rest.

Cons

I truly can't find any, as I'm really happy and passionate about my job. The only con can sometimes be the repetitiveness, but that's in any industry.
