I like when everyone participates it makes the sessions much more useful and fun!

Cons

maybe a 2 minute stand up and stretch or go get water break in the middle cause camera has to be on so if I forgot my water I can get it.

Flexibility to WFH .. good team / management if you’re lucky. Very nice at beginning and if you continue to do well.. you’ll be treated as VIP

Cons

If you slack or don’t do well, be careful since you might get canned -metrics-heavy and can be high paced
