      No benefits, no career growth

      Pros

      Working remotely and hours flexibility.

      Cons

      I work as a subcontractor for Google, and initially, we were promised certain benefits such as bonuses, coverage of internet expenses, the potential for a raise after a year, and the ability to work from abroad. However, all of these benefits have been revoked. Additionally, some of the team leaders exhibit a lack of leadership skills. The company is also struggling with communication and providing clarity regarding these changes.

      Poor employee care. No trustworthy management. Disorganized and misleading. No diversity

      RTO to be micro managed to death

      Great filler/temporary job or entry-level job to break in to tech.

      Cons

      Low pay. A lot of micro-managing/rules. Feels like I’m in grade school. Tech company with no perks of a tech company. No room for growth. Job market is tough right now so if you’re really desperate then join.
