Pros

Great atmosphere and great people. Leads are great and make the job as easy as possible for you and it’s remote.

Cons

Pay is definitely on the lower end for being in California. This is great temporary job if you need supplementary cash but if you’re looking for compensation and career growth this may not be your pick.

Pros

Hybrid work schedule, yearly all expense paid trip, CEO actually makes an effort to meet and get to know everyone which you can't say for any other CEO of a billion dollar company

Cons

They do not value employees. They spend little time developing even entry level employees and when those employees don't meet expectations, you're immediately let go. Managing directors don't take time to develop you or even lay out what expectations are. In a business that is so fast paced, it really is sink or swim, and if you struggle in the slightest you are left for dead. In addition the base salaries are super low and the commission structure is a joke. 40k base and $300 per hire, good luck making a living.
