Lurking for the time being It’s really not half bad if you get the opportunity to advance past analyst.

Cons

Pay, no PTO, no cohesive culture, virtually nonexistent incentive structure makes it difficult to keep team motivated :(

great culture but the pay is not very good. good for right out of school. People who were there for a while did well.

Cons

I didnt make a lot of money here. very volatile industry. up side is good. but things can be slow.
