Pros

It is great to get experience if you are starting your career. You get to work in places like Google, and it really helps improve your resume.

Cons

If you are working as a vendor, there is not too much room to grow. Most of the positions are vendor's only and will not help you become a Google employee.

Not part of the "in" crowd

Pros

Good Benefits. Fun corporate environment. Good ATS. Fun Training in Nashville.

Cons

If you are not part of the clique they don't really try to bring you in. Everyone in the office had been there for a long time, since the beginning, but they are very hard to impress. I felt like I could not contribute and felt stiffled at every turn. I wanted to take care of some Social Media and was told that i could not. i never quite got along with the "sales" team. She constantly spoke down to me like I was stupid. I have been recruiting for 10 years and was made to feel like I didn't do enough. They had the expectation of 25 in person interviews a week. Hard to meet that quota. And after I finally had 10 people on the books I made less than $200 in commission. For the base salary to be so low. To be able to actually make money was impossible. Maybe for someone just starting out

Pros

Fair pay rate for the responsibilities I was expected to perform Staffing manager kept open line of communication Standard benefits package

Cons

Salaried compensation, so no overtime pay despite 60-70 hours a week expected, but also had pay decreased if I took a day off. Client manager was overbearing, micromanaging and outright mean. Vaco did nothing to stop client treatment
