Pros

Remote all the way, quick tech support if needed, very organized onboarding process.

Cons

It really depends on your supervisor, if you work under nice people, it’s great (even though the pay is low), if you happen to work under some power obsessed losers, you will be micro managed to the end, they talk to you like some kind of royal, even filing a complain doesn’t work.

Pros

Nice team, hybrid working from home mondays and fridays, free snacks, WiFi, no micromanaging, gym, nice location, great managers

Cons

Low pay, terrible health insurance ($934 for both me and my husband), health insurance only covers after $6000, new hire don’t have PTO anymore, and old hires has only 5 days PTO a year.
