      Easy promotions when you really excel on what you do.

      I was part of a team that uses Vaco to outsource part of the job and it was frustrating when your teammates does not take the job seriously because it was just an outsource, plus there were no trainings for employees. I was unfortunate I have an advance knowledge on how the tools work but felt sorry for those who are new to it. Then they hired someone to manage us who doesn't have any idea on what we do so communication is a little bit challenging.
