Pros

-One of the biggest pros is that it is not micromanaged... they truly work under the "just get it done" mentality, so as long as you are, you are allowed to succeed in the way that you choose to with not much resistance! -The work / life balance is amazing and they keep to their word to always uphold this piece. -I have gone through many life changes in the 3+ years I have worked with Vaco and they have always been caring, concerned, available, and supportive with anything I have ever needed. -The people who work in this office are considered my 2nd family, without a doubt. -Truly a work hard / play hard environment. -The office environment is open and inviting, across all teams. -You have access to literally every single tool that you could possibly dream of, and a few you didn't even know you needed, to be as successful as possible.

Cons

- There isn't a standardization of processes across the company, where each office can function completely different from the next. It hasn't caused problems, that I have seen, but would be nice if something more consistent existed. - In the Dallas office, there isn't a true process for training new hires. For someone that has previous successful experience in recruiting, this is a nonissue, but I have seen it be a bit of a struggle for some of the more junior new hires. Fortunately, the teams / teammates come together to help train the new folks that may need it. It would be nice if there was something more structured in the way of training for the more junior new hires. - Sometimes there is some inconsistency in how similar issues are resolved, which can be frustrating at times.
