      Vaco - Vaco South Florida is an excellent Company - The organization is for serious people who want a career in Staffing and Consulting services - Expectations are high because you work with the best in the industry- The enviroment is for self starters , self motivated , career minded, driven professionals- The company gives you the tools to be successful and it's up to the individual to create the opportunities through effort . Working for Vaco is the best decision I have ever made. Highly recommend Vaco anywhere -

      Flexibility, cutting-edge tools, VERY affordable benefits, large territory, and the most aggressive comp plan I've ever had

      Better communication among offices nationally. Vaco is purchasing smaller competitors at a rapid pace, and we need to all do a better job of integrating everyone into our culture.
