      Pros

      Mobility within the company is very accessible. They have several contracts with top tech companies in silicon valley. Supportive in career growth.

      Cons

      The health benefit options are detailed properly or updated before allowing open enrollment causing people to be stuck with a plan they didn't intend to sign up for.

      Pros

      Laid back atmosphere. Decent stepping stone job but definitely not career worthy at all.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't care about the employees at all. Poor pay. Was told If I don't like something you can find another job. The old Vaco is gone. It is turning into just another corp. No structure.

      Pros

      Vaco hire's awesome people, so the crow is good, but unfortunately they get treated terribly. From pay to benefits and opportunities to grow, Vaco doesn't take care of it's people.

      Cons

      Terrbile management, terrible benefits. HR is horrible and takes forever to respond to any issue, it usually takes several attempts to get their attention. Documentation of benefits is very ambiguous and not easily understood. People don't get recognition for excellence.
