Pros

Great learning experience. At one point I was part of a highly skilled team that enjoyed their work.

Cons

Very little possibility of converting to full time Google employee. Micro manages team - example: timing how long it takes to complete a task and mandatory morning meetings. Despite doing great work, I didn't feel valued or that they trusted me or anyone on my team.

They are Very fast in response and in finding you a potential job. Will review your resumes to make sure they are up to par.

Cons

I really haven't experienced anything negative. I wasn't a temp very long before becoming a permanent employee with the company they matched me with.

Pros

Vaco listened to my wants, needs, and experience and placed me in the perfect position! I have 12 years experience with the software I'm working on, so the training was very smooth. The staff at Vaco is awesome. They work well together as a team to find you the best job, in the best location.

Cons

I haven't found any cons, although I had to adjust from weekly pay to bi-weekly pay.
