Pros

Better treatment than some other vendors (days off, benefits (although pricey), etc), opportunity to feel like you're part of an important team/company

Cons

Poor treatment compared to the people you're working with who aren't vendors/contractors, no opportunity for growth, little attention paid to your career needs and sometimes poor attention paid to the needs of the company you're contracted for, many payment faults

Pros

It is great to get experience if you are starting your career. You get to work in places like Google, and it really helps improve your resume.

Cons

If you are working as a vendor, there is not too much room to grow. Most of the positions are vendor's only and will not help you become a Google employee.

Pros

Great opportunities to work in some of the most popular tech companies. Also a great opportunity for new college graduates with little to no experience.

Cons

As any entry level job, the pay is fairly low. Not much room to move up within the company. No bonuses or major extra events.
