      Pros

      Depending on the job function and project / company you work with, you will be given challenging assignments. Opens networking opportunities. Co-workers are generally nice. In general, they offer more entry level positions to get your foot in the door if you need the experience.

      Cons

      Compensation is laughable. Health care offered is extremely expensive, especially with the low salaries and wages given to employees. For the level of work some of them do, they deserve a more competitive rate. Even getting a raise just to keep up with inflation costs is near impossible.

      Pros

      Vaco cares more about it's culture and employee experience more than any organization I've been a part of. Its an extremely fun place to work and a great place to grow a career. Success is defined by results, not politics, not activity. Great cool core tenants like "Outlaws Welcome" and "Work Hard to Stay Free".

      Cons

      None really. Vaco has grown tremendously and so far the culture has remained true. Hopefully that will always be the case. Benefits could be better but the opportunity for high compensation outweighs that con.

      Pros

      none - do not work here, you're better off at a Starbucks

      Cons

      -pay you nothing because they take out a large percent of your check -insurance is so crappy that they're response to that is they don't have to use our insurance -vaco managers don't do anything they're just in the middle to "take up money" from your salary/hourly -messed up MANY peoples taxes mine included for 3 years and just said "sorry" despite you telling them every year not to mess them up so you wont pay penalties and large quantities that could have been paid in the year
