      Pros

      They have connections with major companies, Google, Facebook, and can set you up with an interesting and rewarding job.

      Cons

      They set you up with a job. Not a career. Not necessarily use you and abuse you, but once your program or project ends, you're done. Unless you reach out to another recruiter, they offer no assistance in finding you another position. Benefits are limited.

      Review after getting settled in at Vaco

      Pros

      They do their best to take care of the employees and make this a fun company to work for. They are starting to offer classes and training to help their employees grow and expand their horizons.

      Cons

      It is hard to live in the middle of Silicon Valley on a Vaco paycheck. Additionally there is A LOT of pointless busy work that comes from the Vaco management that has nothing to do with your daily task.
