      Remote, don't have customers or sales quotas

      Cons

      Garbage pay, misogynistic content guidelines, no upward mobility. Had to train the team that they outsourced our jobs to. Found out they were paying them $2 hour, so I guess another con is they are ok with exploitation as well.

      they will NOT assist your growth, they are extremely cliquey, will not offer new hires support and then will fire them if they do not perform.

      Toxic management style and poor leadership support

      I worked under a manager who created one of the most difficult professional experiences I’ve had in my career. They often played favorites and didn’t make an effort to support or develop everyone on the team equally. Feedback was rarely constructive, and I frequently felt undermined rather than encouraged. There was also a culture of fear and uncertainty — performance plans seemed to be used inconsistently, and it felt like some employees were quietly pushed out after a certain amount of time. The environment took a serious toll on my mental health and confidence.
