Pros
There is a great base of employees, some are the absolute salt of the earth. -When the bell goes at the end of the shift.
Cons
-Yearly bonus is a laughable joke, no incentive to work hard for the 'bonus'. -Toxic work environment endorsed by ridiculous excuse for HR dept. -HR cannot seem to help anyone but management, always move responsibility onto someone else. On the plus side the management are doing a great job driving the place into the ground, so redundancy would be a welcomed treat. -Operators get blamed for everything that happens. -No talk of proper pay increase, even though the company is a billion dollar a year company. -Bullying and intimidating managers, and I mean the definition of bullying, all reported to HR and NOTHING done about it.
