Pros

Great environment, dynamic job, a lot of flexibility in location, RnD and manufacturing

Cons

Large corporation, so there are some downsides to that - coming from a very small robotics design company.

Pros

-Everything follow the system -maintain the time -good for freshers -freshers learn more things. -work upto 3 years

Cons

-Promotions are far apart. -Employees cant take his personal leave also .If he took need to work on Saturday or sunday to compensate. -If the Opportunities within the valeo in Global sites they will not support and encourage the employees to get the opportunities. -Repetitive work and you cant learn nothing -look like French MNC but you feel this is the normal service center for Third party. -Top level people want to keep their position safe and they promote and appreciate the people they like. -Demotivate the Experienced people

Pros

1. Salary is relatively decent if you are a fresh grad. 2. Friendly environment to some extent. 3. Again if you are a fresh grad, you will learn a lot at your first months.

Cons

1. Management is really strange. Software Managers are either helpful and supportive, or arrogant and bureaucratic. I have witnessed the latter. My N+2 shocked me with his behavior, and later I've found out that he is one of the worst Software Managers to work with. There is a list by the way that details the names of the arrogant Managers. The list isn't written down though, as far as I know. 2. Site Service, it is a nightmare. At first, you will be seeing everything using the dreamy goggles, and you will "think" that you are being taken care of. A little down the road, you will find out that all they do is sweep the dust under the carpet, metaphorically speaking of course. The High Management has created ghost companies that are "hired" by Valeo Egypt to do the service, whether the cleaning, food, or anything else. The restaurant food quality is bad, the quantities are small and the prices are high considering all of that. The Air Conditioning isn't working properly at some areas, and the Air Circulation itself goes haywire sometimes resulting in a smell like "Sewers" in some floors. 3. Support can be a dream. Since I joined, I needed support concerning my intro to the new team I joined, and it has been a month now since I joined and I still don't know what I am doing and I have received to support whatsoever. There has been no one assigned to me to support me through my work, and that resulted in: a. I waste too much time trying to read a poorly commented code to understand the system. b. I feel less motivated to work day by day since I really don't understand the system I am using. 4. The turn-over rate is high. That is because the management don't really care about their employees. If you wanna leave, just leave and no one will even move a muscle to ask why you are leaving.
