      Pros

      Best Work Environment, Good care/concern on employers, Nice colleagues and lots to learn in design field. Incentives are good & encourage able.

      Cons

      Some Jobs may give the feel of doing repetitive jobs. Work time of 9.35 hours/day makes the feel of struck in a traffic jam. Can reduce the working hours to 9 hrs/day(incl. lunch & break fast)
