Pros

International, multicultural, state-of-the-art. Really fullfilling as an engineer as they motivate/pressure you to grow and not get stuck in a particular set of tasks or job and allow and facilitate moving to different roles and fields. Leaving this company it´s been my biggest mistake.

Cons

Some projects can be tricky.

> Good for Training. > Good for graduates. > Health and Safety is good. > Working environment is clean. > Yearly appraisals and pay rises. > Interesting projects within R&D > Peaceful relaxing working environment. > Budgets are good. >Pay is good.

Cons

> If you're not a Graduate of a University you're not given career progression. > Academics are valued and not time served apprentices or experience. > Communication from management is shocking (At a business group level) > Everything needs to be done 5 minutes ago. > Every job is a rush.
