The Pay, benefits, opportunities, and training are the things I value the most at this company. Management seems to have respect and appreciation for employees.

Cons

Just the normal everyday hazards associated with working in an oil refinery. Management has begun to cut back on emergency response training.

Great work life balance. Very engaging supervisors and great technical leads on a wide variety of subjects.

Cons

For an oil company the compensation package can be less than that of its competitors. Bonuses are very generous but with the market becoming tighter we will see how that effects them.

the money is alright but sometimes not at all worth it. pretty good people to work with most of the time. benefits are failry good too.

Cons

Management will usually treat you like you are retarded unless you actually are, or unless they know you. not great upper management. Pretty boring job on top of that.
