Poor management

Pros

Good pay and insurance benefits

Cons

Revolving door - no employee retention. Almost always shorthanded, so tons of overtime. The ones that are the most knowledgeable in an area are fired, then others are belittled until they also leave. You’re also required to donate a good chunk of your pay to the United way or you get a poor evaluation.

Pros

Benefits are great and the people are fun to work with. However, Management in the front office are horrible.

Cons

Management needs some improvement. Getting rid of most of them and starting fresh would be great.

Pros

The amount of money you make is amazing! Rotating schedule give you plenty of time off! Typically you will receive a $10,000 bonus a year.

Cons

No life outside of work. The management is terrible and run so short staffed, you’re constantly working overtime. The managers do not listen to hourly employees.
