Poor leadership, low pay

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

There’s none that I can think of

Cons

Switched from salary to hourly Supposed to be an evening position but answering phone calls and emails from 8am to 11pm because account managers refuse to handle it If multiple people call out (which is almost every night), you’re are expected to collect trash on a budgeted amount of time but will be forced to stop every few minutes to handle work calls/texts. Therefore, hurting your budget time. All incentives have been taken away Very poor leadership that clearly only cares about budget cuts because they want to sell the company. The job description will constantly change, more workload for very little pay. No overtime allowed but you are expected to work off the clock and have your work phone by you at all hours.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We recognize that change is difficult, and we appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns. The recent shift for Area Leaders was carefully planned and is being balanced by removing several responsibilities that were previously part of the role, many of which have been transitioned to centralized support teams. This shift is designed to allow our leaders to focus more on field execution and less on administrative tasks. We also made the decision to move from a split shift to a consistent nightly schedule to better align with our service hours and to create more stability and work/life balance for our associates. That said, we know challenges still arise during the day, and we're continuing to work through those as a team to ensure proper resource coverage and timely support when issues come up. We truly value your contributions and years of service. If you're open to it, we’d welcome the opportunity to connect directly and further understand your perspective. Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Flexible Scheduling Higher than average pay Possibility of working indoors depending on openings/region needs

Cons

More openings needed for outdoor work, meaning braving the elements, regardless of weather conditions Most positions require moving up and down stairs quickly, so can be very physical

Good exercise get paid to work out

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Great exercise. Independence. Reliable part time work.

Cons

Hard work for low pay. Very hard to get a raise, if ever. You’ll never get a bonus, a thank you, a gas car, a car wash, a promotion. You’re expected to take EVERYTHING now- even if it isn’t up to “standards” like trash bag ripped, leaking, too heavy you’re still expected to take it. If you disagree with anything most likely you’ll be taken off the schedule. No PTO holidays off but no pay, and works gonna be harder the day after for sure because you didn’t pick up the trash the day before.
