In regard to your comment on recruiting support, we have worked hard at build a recruiting support model for our District Managers nationally. Our District Managers own much of the hiring for their teams, and in just the past few years we have invested heavily to double the size of the recruiting team to provide additional support in this. PT night hours, good direct manager, good exercise

Cons

Hostile tenants, abuse of trash rules, unsafe properties, dangerous dumpster areas. The majority of residents disregard the simple guidelines( untied bags, leaky bags, trash left on the ground most units etc..) onsite dumpsters are usually overfilled and a lot of debris clutters area.
