While we have things to work on, we're glad you've sense the culture we have worked so hard to build here - servant leadership, flexible working environment, and opportunities to grow. We understand scheduling can be a challenge at time, in particular when dealing with some of the labor challenges we have faced this year. We continue to work aggressively in this area in providing the support necessary for our District Managers to ensure they find positive balance in their scheduling under the split shift. Valet Living’s mission simply put is Living made easy. My hope is your choice is made easy when it comes to your decision as to why to work with our Valet Living family. Here is a glimpse into my start where from Day 1 the positive people (Antonio & Stephanie) got my full attention not to mention the unique opportunity to work remotely! I was motivated to start and almost two years later I’m even more inspired and my why can be summed up in just one word – value. Our Valet Living family does this. Yep, that simple. They help you advance in your career and stand alongside you when circumstances change. Our CEO, Shawn Handrahan leads by creating authenticity where we work together to accomplish greatness! My supervisor is my biggest supporter. She promoted me from contractor to associate and rewards me along the way. She encouraged my decision to decline an internal job offer because it wasn’t my best fit, to be certified in an Influencer training course and to complete a Mentorship pilot program. This year, I was diagnosed with cancer and lost loved ones. What a gift to be completely understood for the life-work balance. I love the encouragement and collaboration on workplace from all 😊 Value is at our core. I am thankful you’re reading this, and my hope is you’ll become a part of our Valet Living family.
