Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We're happy to hear that you find the work schedule convenient. In regards to your comment on pay, we are working hard in this area. We consistently evaluate the pay we offer through a market analysis with similar and alike roles to ensure we are offering a competitive wage to our associates. As a result, we have recently increased pay rates in several of our markets. For those that use their own truck while collecting, we offer an additional hourly rate of $3-$4 which is used to help offset the cost associated with use of their vehicle. We also offer many benefits that our associates are eligible for. Thank you again for taking the time to leave this review.
