Short hours depending on your pace Get exercise Part time night job good for college students Sunday - Thursday Ask to get laid per property instead of hourly.

Cons

Dealing with residents who don’t understand violations. Some GMs dont care about anything other than satisfying the properties even if the workers are treated like crap. A lot of call outs/quitting
