Pros

Working with my manager is great as long as I give her notice she is very easy and understanding when I need to be off.

Cons

we do not have any control or information from our properties when things are not working or when the have a time line for repair.

Many chances to bonus up, become a SME,

Cons

A lot of recruiting for your own staff, high turn around rate, too many hours worked (many of us clocked 50-70 hrs/wk due to staffing issues)

Honestly none at all. Just Say away

Cons

They don't pay enough. They don't pay for holidays. They think hourly rate is the way to go but they use to a day rate. They are happy with the turnover instead of working with their already great employees.
