      Managers go based on preference. They dont appreciate hard workers. They like to pay as little as possible for properties.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback on your experience working at Valet Living. As someone who worked with us for 10+ years, I’m sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience. Related to your comment on manager preference and pay, we have a standardized pay structure that either pays individuals hourly or by flat rate per property. If paid on the flat rate model, the amount will vary based on the size of the property being worked. We also recognize that there is additional cost associated when our associates use their own truck and therefore pay a higher hourly rate for those associates. As someone who was with our company for at least 5 years, I'm sure you can attest that working at Valet Living isn't for everyone. Our business is fast growing and change is constant therefore we ask our team members to be incredibly nimble as we serve customers in an industry that changes daily.
