Short Hours - not paid hourly which is good since the jobs don’t take that long.

Cons

Terrible management. Don’t answer questions quickly. Don’t care about you it seems like.

Flexible schedule, independent, co-workers are friendly.

Cons

No structure, management tells you what you want to hear but, never fixes the communication errors. They don’t seem to care about their part-time workers.
