      Pros

      This company's led by a forward-thinking leader who surrounds himself with positive and innovative strategic believers in processes. I love the work that I do as I'm supported and trusted to make decisions that align with the vision. Valet Living reinvests in its associates in various ways and made a huge investment in me but allowing me to be a part of its University of Darden Accelerate University program. This is exciting as it's helping me to better understand my role within this rapidly evolving leader in the multi-family industry. I would not trade in the opportunity to work for Valet Living with any other!

      Cons

      I have no cons as any area of opportunity that is brought to senior leadership's attention is actively being worked on.

      Pros

      It is amazing to see the focus on people and change, growth and development for such a large company. As they grow larger and larger the focus remains the same.

      Cons

      In developed markets new openings are limited, if you are willing to relocate it is much easier.

      Pros

      The Valet Living corporate team truly cares for its associate, no matter their position!The company offers great benefits, some available to all associates, full and part time. The company also believes in the open door policy at all levels. The option for other opportunities and career advancement with in the company is fantastic!

      Cons

      Sometimes there are long hours however, this is the nature of the operations side.
