Pros

World class response to clients and associates during COVID 19. Not a single person on the Doorstep Valet (trash collection) side of the business has been furloughed or released due to COVID 19. Visionary CEO. Engaged senior leadership team. Good pay and benefits. Exceptional Servant Leader culture.

Cons

Not for everyone. The work is of a physical nature and generally during the evening.

Pros

The focus and direction from upper management is all about the employees success is a true testament of the overall culture of this company! The company is not successful with their people! You feel valued and needed by every single person you speak with from Shawn, Syd, LOS, marketing, ect. I feel fortunate to be apart of the Valet Living family!

Cons

All companies have their quirks about them, however when you are apart of a fast moving organization you have to be able to adapt to change quickly. Changes can be frustrating but it’s the trial and error that bring on success, so in my personal opinion that con is dependent on the capability to adapt of the individual! For me the pros of this company fully outweigh the cons and make me want to be more supportive to our growth and success!
