      Pros

      Valet Living is proving to be the best decision I have professionally made. It is rare with the position that I am in to have as much access to management and the executive team. But here, conversations can be regular and everyone is so down to earth. I also enjoy the ability to really hone my skills by having the freedom to really run my activity. It has been such a great environment to work in and VL really does put in a lot of effort to drive culture. Flexible work schedule.

      Pros

      It’s some money on the side, it does help when your day time job isn’t enough and you are trying to catch up on credit card bills or any unexpected expenses after the holidays.

      Cons

      They pay different people different rates, they tell you we’ll pay you for the whole night (shift hours) but they don’t. They end up paying you based on how many hours you worked, even if you’re trying to finish fast and you’re doing a good job. It’s like they steal money from you. Plus the fact you have to use your own truck and gas.
