Pros

Company benefits, lots of opportunity to grow, good management, flexibility, military friendly, parking stipend to cover some of the costs.

Cons

Parking- High cost and parking can be a pain during the day of an event. Compensation- Very low pay considering the work being done.

Great Company

Pros

As a district manager you are able to control your work life balance. You are able to work from home and you get a company vehicle to use for your property visits. It's not very difficult at all. The most important key to making your job successful is staying staffed and constantly recruit. Upper management is easy to work with and there is constant communication.

Cons

You have to be thick skinned. You cannot take complaints personal. You also have to be good at customer service. Pay could be more.
