Pros

Great culture from Leadership down to our part time service valets. Everyone is excited to be part of the team. We are growing fast and furious! Lot's of career opportunities for folks with the heart and desire to deliver outstanding service. I cannot say enough great things about Valet Living! I am truly blessed.

Cons

Only Con is we may have a little struggle keeping up with our growth, but that's a good problem to have. I have faith in leadership to address any hiccups we may encounter due to the fast growth.

Pros

I have the support of my immediate supervisor and feel that he invests in me as an employee. We are given the tools in Sales to be successful. Successes are celebrated company wide and I feel appreciated by my team and RSM. I have flexibility to run my book of business , the way that works best as long as the core values of Valet Living are in line and my pipeline continues to grow. The vision for the company and values are in line with my personal values. It is a great fit culturally for me. I think that the Executive team walks the walk and talks the talk with servant leadership. I appreciate that they value this within the organization.

Cons

I don't feel that I have personal downsides. Thus far, I have been incredibly satisfied with the decision I made to join the Valet Living Team.

Home based office, flexible schedule, self management for the most part, great benefits, ipad + work phone + laptop and company vehicle

Cons

Job is great for somebody who is highly self motivated, can be overwhelming for those who cannot self manage.
