Pros

Lots of exercise. Above minimum wage. It can be a good first job. Management will occasionally treat the valets to a meal.

Cons

The work is hard. It can be cold, hot, or rainy. You still have to run those stairs and carry those trash bags, even when its 1:30 AM and you want to go to bed

Thank you for writing this review. As a former associate, we're impressed that you took the time to share your feedback. You noted a few positives that we hear often from our associates, including the health benefits due to the physical nature of the work. The Service Valet is definitely a physically demanding job, and not for everyone. Working in the rain, snow, or other inclement weather conditions is never ideal but comes with the territory and our residents greatly appreciate the work our associates do. Pay and use of personal vehicle

For our Service Valet's that use their own personal vehicle, we do pay an increased hourly wage to help offset the cost of fuel and maintenance.
