Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. We appreciate you sharing your insights. It's always great to hear about the work life balance and flexibility you can find working as a District Manager. We agree that retention of our Service Valets is critical. We continue to focus on this and have steadily been introducing a variety of offerings that include a new recognition and rewards program and benefit additions such as tuition reimbursement. We welcome any additional ideas or feedback you may have on how we can improve in finding and/or retaining our associates. Please email me at antonio.fiorentino@valetliving.com if you would like to set up some time to discuss further.

Pros

-Flexible -Manager are great to work with -Meetings with pizza

Cons

-People quit frequently -Valet Living has standards but the community does not follow the standards and there are no repercussions for residents. I know there is a fee to be charged for violations but what community does that? Apartment communities want resident retention.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide a review. Having flexibility and great managers is definitely a plus. And pizza at meetings isn't so bad either! We are working diligently to reduce our turnover for our part time Service Valet positions. We've recently introduced additional benefits including tuition reimbursement and a formal rewards program. In addition, we continue to conduct market analysis to ensure we are paying competitively in each respective region and are further investing in training and development of our managers so they can continue to deliver the best to their associates. If you are interested in sharing any additional feedback or thoughts on how we can improve, please email me at antonio.fiorentino@valetliving.com to set up some time to talk.

Pros

I really enjoy the teamwork from this company. The family culture they have and implement is so amazing to have and be part off. They are always focused on safety and taking care of their employees. The quotes they bring to us each day is amazing "take care of the customer", "be better tomorrow"

Cons

onboarding (I'm sure they are already working on it)
