      Pros

      Have you ever been at a dinner table with family where everyone opens up and complains about their co-workers, job, day to day, etc? The best feeling is being able to say, you should work for my company because we are a real team that works together. I love being able to flip the conversation from negative to positive.

      Cons

      Must be patient as an outsider as we are still learning and building as a company due to amazing growth and may not have all the tools needed on day 1.
