Pros

VL runs like a giant family that actually keeps up with even the most remote of associates. Actually listens to associates and is continuously making improvements to overcome challenges, improve efficiency, and better care for associates.

Cons

As VL grows, there are growing pains as with all growing companies. Takes dedicated associates to make the shift of change at times and I have seen fellow associates come and go that weren't well adapt to handle change. VL took some bruises few years back while undergoing rapid growth - our biggest challenge is simply proving we have overcome those obstacles and are setting the standard in the industry daily with continual improvement and are now equipped to handle growth as it comes.

Thank you for taking some time to write this review. Glad to see you enjoy the flexibility the work from home schedule offers for our District Managers. As an organization, we continue to focus on providing our associates with best in class benefit options, while offering opportunities to reduce cost associated with some such as healthcare through our company funded HSA plan and medical premium reduction program. As a rapidly growing company, we are all very excited for the new year and what 2018 has the offer.
