Great if you don't have a family

Pros

You get a truck, laptop, phone, everything that you need to grow your district.

Cons

No family life at all, you work in the mornings if your valets did not do something at an apartment then you have to go out yourself to pick up, even if it is at one door. You sometimes work from when you wake up to 2,3,4 in the morning. You have to recruit for your district, even though there is a NATIONAL recruiter. If someone call in the district manager has to run trash no matter how many people call out. Upper management doesn't care for the employees that do everything right and the employees that are the squeaky wheel are the ones that get the help. What you are not told is that you will work upwards of 90 hours a week.

Pros

Great part time job for extra cash.

Cons

Just like most part time jobs people come and go which makes it difficult to establish continuity with the team.
