Pros

You are able to "Make your own schedule". Company Truck Office out of your home. Company Cell Phone Company Credit Card.

Cons

Over Worked and Under Paid. Required to work Sundays. No Bonuses. Have to treat the contractors like trash because that is what the Regional Manager wants. Regional Manager has no clue what he is doing. Corporate Employees seem to forget that the Field Operations is what pays their salary. No Support from Upper Management. Training Provided was no help at all. Too many people that work for this company are just pulling a paycheck and have no intentions in growing the company. Company CEO is the only one that seems to be passionate about the company. TOO MANY CHIEFS NOT ENOUGH INDIANS.

Pros

NONE! This company is awful.

Cons

-This company is run by incompetent people who only care about money and not their employees. -Major turnovers in staff. People are fired and replaced nearly every week. -They pay the valets and operations people next to nothing and they are doing all of the work. The sales people get paid five times as much and get commission. -Claim they are a green company, but they don't give a crap about going green. The basis of their services are anti-green with driving around apartment complexes to pick up garbage. -People who don't work at all but are in good with the higher ups keep their jobs are are promoted. -Aren;t allowed to work at home. -No parking lot in busy downtown area. -Promotions and salary increases are practically non-existent. -Everyone is very clickish. Everyone gossips about everyone and will throw you under the bus given the opportunity for them to get ahead. -Budget cuts galore.

Pros

Working for an Industry Defining Company, Flexible Schedule if you have a dr's appointment you dont have to take the entire day off just for a 2hr dr's appointment., Time Off When You Need It, Company Vehicle that you take home.

Cons

You are on 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. New processes being introduced weekly that are ether over thought or not well thought out at all can be quite frustrating. Processes that change without notice. When you don't follow the new process (Un-communicated) you get sent an email that is CC'd to everyone in sr management as if notifying you directly was not good enough. If someone doesn't show up to a property. Its on you to get the job done.
