Pros

Its a good work out, outdoors/indoors depending on the buildings you service, they do try to have you service buildings closest to your home so your commute is minimal.

Cons

Its very physically demanding at times, you may need to work outdoors in rain and snow, you are carrying trash so you will get dirty, all schedules are Sun-Thursday, and you will need to use your personal Pickup truck to haul garbage.
