      Pros

      Such an innovative company that’s constantly evolving with the industry and market. All teams nationwide are collaborative and willing to help you. Commission, great benefits, Sales Kickoff conference, Presidents Club, all tools needed are provided by them (iPhone, laptop, marketing materials, company card (as a sales team member)). The AE role is pretty much only works with clients & no cold calling prospects, so that is super fun! Hosting residents events at your clients communities!

      Cons

      The AE role is more niche and new, so navigating with the company on the new role has been very exciting but the training is still being developed further. It is a lot of driving to clients but you do get reimbursed for mileage & a car allowance! & minimal training
