Pros

Very simple, get the trash from A to B. Pay is decent. It's not really meant to be a full time job but it's great if you'd like some consistent side cash. Upper management seems very engaged. My direct supervisor is awesome. They are very flexible with your time too. A lot of my coworkers are in college and that always seems to be respected.

Cons

The app isn't great but it's been better lately. When I did reach out with issues they were quick to acknowledge me. Took a few months before it was stable but it's been fine now. It's a simple job but it can be hard if that makes sense. Heavy lifting, lots of walking, nasty trash, and say bye to your clean truck bed...but that's the job!

Pros

They hire “the hungry” as they put it, and will overlook missing experience for their entry level manager role (district manager), if they think you’ll perform (20-80 weekly) manual labor as an exempt employee.

Cons

Leadership has limited understanding of the actual industry. The process and tools are not designed to meet the contractual obligations, let alone the promises, made to clients or employees.
