Our District Managers have a challenging job and it’s true that recruiting and staffing is one of the critical aspects of the role. In response to this, we have worked diligently over the past few years to make several changes to our recruiting process to help attract more candidates, speed up the timeframe it takes to hire someone, and add additional recruiting team members to provide ongoing support. We are far from finished and are focused on continuing to improve.
