- Flexible hours - Request weekdays off when needed - Great boss (Seriously! The best and most understanding boss I've ever had) - Friendly co-workers - It's a great work out - Good pay

Cons

- Wear and tear on your truck & body - Not many hours - Can't request off Sunday's (You have to request a week in advanced) - Residents are 50/50 (They're either nice or they're not) - Truck gets dirty quickly - You're collecting trash... Duh - Traveling up several hundred flights of stairs a night (Depending on location)

Working by yourself. No other pros.

Cons

If you have a resident with a reoccurring incident of not following the rules of the service, there will be no repercussions for breaking the rules. Management is horrible and is not willing to fix the issues. Never work for this company, you're better off working part time anywhere else.
