Pros

My manager is great, works along side his employees when needed.

Cons

People don't seem to stay, I guess due to the nature of the work. If you don't own a truck you make $4 less than truck owners.

Pros

Okay pay when you see the check the first few weeks after that it goes downhill and takes a toll on you.

Cons

You're treated like a nobody when you do all the heavy lifting. Terrible pay for extreme levels of work. No real supervisor just complains to you and never shows his face. Very demanding even when you've been overworked and overwhelmed. They cut your pay for the time you work when you're not looking to meet their own fulfillments. COMPLAIN,COMPLAIN, and COMPLAIN no matter how hard you try to make them happy. They sometimes lie about what tenants say so you can pick up their trash after the specified time. They believe the tenants over YOU no matter how much proof.
